Cardiovascular Infectious Diseases Clinic

The Cardiovascular Infectious Diseases Clinic is a specialty referral clinic for current patients of the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. These are often patients who are admitted or diagnosed with an infection while in the Heart Institute. Heart Institute outpatients may also be referred for an infectious diseases consultation by their cardiologists or cardiac surgeons.

Referrals from community physicians are not currently being accepted in the Cardiovascular Infectious Diseases Clinic but can be directed to the Infectious Diseases Clinic at The Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus (Civic Parkdale Clinic at 613-761-4689). New patients may access this clinic only by referral from another physician.
