Imaging technologies and laboratory research at the Heart Institute offer our scientists a unique set of tools for cardiac study and the ability to more quickly translate results into therapies for improved patient care.

We have the rare capability to produce novel, short-lived radioisotopes on site. This greatly enhances our ability to develop advanced techniques for imaging the cardiovascular system in unprecedented detail.
