Hatch, Roger

Roger Hatch is the Deputy Managing Director and Deputy CIO at the Bank of Canada, where he drives the Bank’s IT Strategy, enterprise architecture and infrastructure delivery and support. He is also leading the Bank’s integration of managed services and adoption of cloud solutions.

Roger has a proven track record for delivering and managing highly functional data centres, information technology, and business systems to support critical business operations, while achieving an optimal balance between security and business enablement.

Prior to joining the Bank of Canada in 2012, Roger held a series of leadership positions in public and private sector organizations, providing IT, security and business leadership.

Roger holds a Bachelor of Science (Physics) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa.
