A Postdoctoral Fellow position is available in the Molecular Imaging Probes and Radiochemistry Laboratory at the University of Ottawa for a highly qualified and creative scientist with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our laboratories at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute are fully equipped with a high-energy cyclotron, modern automated radiosynthesis apparatus, synthetic chemistry labs, and state-of-the-art molecular imaging facilities.
Applicants must have a PhD in chemistry or a related field and strong organic chemistry skills, demonstrated by an outstanding publication record. Prior experience in medicinal chemistry or radiochemistry is an asset but not essential.
