Hand-held Weights and Dynaband

This program uses light hand-held weights  (“dumbbells” or “free weights”) and resistive rubber bands to strengthen the major muscle groups of the upper and  lower body. You will learn how to safely use and progress your exercise program with the equipment mentioned above.
