Node (SA node):
- Initiates
impulse
- Located
at junction of the atria and the superior vena cava
- Inherent
rate of 60-100 beats/min
- The impulse then travels in an orderly sequence crossing
the atria via Bachmann’s bundle and the internodal
pathways to the atrioventricualr node
