Organelles are the epicenter of immunometabolism. By combining a deep interest in the molecular regulation of organelle homeostasis and their responses to metabolic stress with in vivo disease modelling, my lab strives to illuminate the mechanisms operating in the pathogenesis of many aging-associated, complex diseases such as atherosclerosis, fatty liver disease and diabetes.
