Du vécu à l’action : Améliorer les soins à l’Institut de cardiologie en tant que patient(e) partenaire

Participez à un webinaire captivant pour découvrir comment votre vécu en tant que patient(e), proche aidant(e) ou membre de la famille peut orienter les soins cliniques, les programmes et la recherche à l'Institut de cardiologie de l'Université d'Ottawa. 

Apprenez pourquoi la participation des patients est essentielle, les diverses façons dont vous pouvez contribuer, ainsi que les avantages et les défis associés à la participation. Des membres du personnel de l'Institut de cardiologie et deux patients partenaires — un patient et une proche aidante — vous feront part de leur expérience et de leur point de vue.

La séance se terminera par une période de questions où vous pourrez explorer les moyens de vous impliquer.
