The Heart Failure Support Group is free and open to all heart failure patients and their partners. Take advantage of this opportunity to meet and interact with other heart failure patients in an informal setting.
Although this group is designed to allow patients to share their stories, sessions feature monthly special guest speakers presenting a variety of heart health topics, and who will be available to answer questions from the group.
