Fun, Fit, and Fully Alive!

The FFFA group fitness classes for older adults are free to community members to maintain and increase their functional mobility and to make social connections while being more active. Classes are offered for different ability levels and in different locations.

Active – for individuals who are mobile, active, and want to maintain or improve their overall fitness as they age.

Gentle – for individuals who want to be more steady, mobile, and improve their strength & balance to maintain independence.
