Learn to Nordic Walk Clinic: Nordic Walking is a low-impact workout that burns 20-40% more calories than regular walking. It is excellent for cardio, posture, and upper body strength and exercises up to 75% of the body's muscles. Learn how to properly adjust the height of your poles, proper poling technique, and warm-up and cool-down exercises.
