Jan 13, 2023. This is a photo of me in the water, scuba diving, in 2023, in Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta Mexico. I did a number of dives in the area, over the two months we stayed in Nuevo Vallarta, that winter. 

As a scuba diver with over 200 dives, I was wondering what the future held for me after my double valve repair in October 2021. After great work by Dr. Glineur and his team and the comprehensive rehab program, I was able to resume scuba diving. I now make sure I follow a "conservative" dive plan. In addition, I try to keep fit, and all seems to be going well.

Feb 17, 2024. Here I am, again, scuba diving in Banderas Bay, in February 2024. Two granddaughters, (unfortunately not in the picture) are with me, enjoying the warm waters as well.
