Linda Keen, M.Sc.,C.Dir. is an independent advisor to companies and boards on enterprise risk management, regulatory policy and stakeholder relations.
She has over 30 years of experience as a science leader of organizations in the federal and international spheres, including the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission. She is currently a member of the Mirror Committee of the Canadian Standards Council on Organizational Governance and as served on a number of boards, including the Champlain Local Health Network.
Linda has obtained a B.Sc. in chemistry (first class), a M.Sc. in interdisciplinary agri-food, as well as a C.Dir. designation from McMaster University De Groote business school in cooperation with the Conference Board of Canada.
She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors where she has pursued continuing education in financial oversight and governance.
