*Undergraduate students, graduate students (masters, doctorate and postdoctoral fellows), bursary recipients, residents and medical students, with proof of status. If proof of status is not provided when requested by conference coordinator, the normal rate will apply.
The conference will take place in person at the Rogers Centre and virtually, located at 55 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.
Note: No tax is added to the registration fee.

Live-stream video and audio access to all plenary sessions per day (January 23–24, 2026)
Please Note:
Virtual attendance does not include access to breakout sessions in other rooms, poster session, networking events. This is a view-only format; attendees will not be able to submit questions or interact with speakers during sessions

Cancellations and refunds policy
Cancellations received in writing prior to December 31, 2025 will be refunded in full, less a $75 administration fee, and issued after the event. Only cancellations in writing will be processed. After December 31, 2025 no refunds will be issued.
