Agreements with Ontario Health
Hospital Service Accountability Agreement
The Connecting Care Act, 2019 requires all Ontario hospitals to sign an annual Hospital Service Accountability Agreement (H-SAA) with Ontario Health. The H-SAA requires that the hospital achieve a balanced budget position and as well outlines financial and performance obligations. Below is a link to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute’s (UOHI) signed H-SAA agreement with Ontario Health.
